Duck, Pork Liver & Port Pate served with a red onion
chutney & Melba toast

Melon with Parma Ham and a fruit garnish* (v option available)

Homemade soup of the day served with crusty bread and parsnip crisps

Highland Smoked Salmon Mousse with a soft mustard & dill
centre served with an orange and wholegrain mustard dressing

Roast Sirloin of Scottish Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
