Home made soup of the day, served with crusty bread and parsnip crisps

Duck, Pork Liver and Port Pate, served with Melba toast, red onion and cranberry chutney

Smoked Salmon Mousse with a soft mustard and dill centre


Mains
 
Roast Sirloin of Beef served with Yorkshire Pudding, roast potatoes and vegetables
 Pork Shoulder slow roasted in cider and sage served with mash potato, crackling sticks and a wholegrain mustard, honey and pork jus.
Roast Leg of Lamb served with rosemary and mint sauce, roast potatoes and vegetables
Pan fried Sea Bass served with a citrus sauce, potatoes and vegetables
Homemade pie of the week with chips or mashed potato & vegetables
